Teilweise Zusatzversicherungsmöglichkeiten:
- Extra driver (add a new driver to the Premium or Extra Premium option) – 6€/day
- Driver under 25 years old – 10.5€/day
- Windschutzscheibenabdeckung – 8 €/Tag
Abholung und Rückgabe:
- Der Transporter kann von Montag bis Freitag von 14:00 bis 17:00 Uhr abgeholt und von 9:00 bis 11:30 Uhr ohne zusätzliche Kosten in unserem Geschäft geliefert werden;
- Wenn Sie den Transporter außerhalb dieses Zeitplans oder am Wochenende abholen oder liefern möchten, wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben.
- Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr ist auch eine Abholung und Rückgabe am Flughafen Lissabon möglich.
- Andere Orte wie Porto und Faro unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit.
Bei uns gibt es keine versteckten Kosten, es können jedoch zusätzliche Kosten anfallen, wenn:
- Being a small company means having less resources and that’s why we have to penalize every delay in the schedule time of the pick up and/or drop off (Please don’t be late);
- Der elektronische Mautleser kostet 15 € und ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen, da er nur bei Nutzung berechnet wird;
- Der Transporter ist innen und außen nicht sauber, es wird eine Gebühr von 65 € erhoben;
- The diesel, ad blue and water tank is not full a fee will be aplied (check our terms and conditions);
- Die Chemietoilette wird nicht sauber und ohne Gebrauchsspuren geliefert. Bei Nichterfüllung dieser Voraussetzungen wird eine Gebühr von 65 € aus der Kaution erhoben;
- Im Falle einer Beschädigung eines Teils des Lieferwagens, die nicht auf dessen Nutzung zurückzuführen ist, wird eine Gebühr erhoben, die nach Rücksprache mit dem Mechaniker überprüft werden muss.

Zahlungen und Reservierungen

Reservierung
Sie können die Reservierung vornehmen:
- 50% will be charged to confirm the booking.
- In case it's 15 days to your arrival, the full amount will be charged

Die Mietzahlung
- The remaining 50% of the due amount can be paid before the arrival at the pick up moment.
- In case it's a self pick up or a pick up outside our office in Lisbon the payment must be completed before arrival.

Kaution
A security deposit is always paid (no administrative costs on credit card) and it will be return until 7 days after we collect the van. (we have to insure there are no fines, unseen damages or toll taxes to be charge)
